STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita and create or load an image.
2. Select “File” → “Save As” and choose TIFF as the file format.
3. When the TIFF options dialog appears (providing details such as
compression type), click the “Cancel” button.
OBSERVED RESULT
After clicking “Cancel,” an error window appears displaying the message “Unknow
failure has happened.” Although saving works normally if confirmed, the error
dialog triggered by canceling causes confusion for users.
EXPECTED RESULT
Clicking “Cancel” in the TIFF options dialog should terminate the save
operation without displaying any error window.
