I can confirm the bug still persists and no warnings have been shown. Laptop
has hybrid gpu with intel iGPU and Nvidia RTX 4060 as dGPU. Maximising and
minimizing a windows is super laggy and cursor movements are jerky as well. For
me the temp workaround was to restart kwin, using kwin_11 --replace & diswon
