When using kickoff, the category called "All Applications" is not using the
22px icon by default from the icon pack. Instead, it is taking its icon from
the 32px folder. This is inconsistent as changes to the 22px or 24px collection
leaves this icon unaffected by the change.
Only when I replaced the icon in the 32px folder, kickoff rendered the icon
properly in the sidebar.
