We need more information to see which part of the system is at the root cause
of this problem. Could you attach either a screenshot or a phone photo of what
the monitor looks like with the graphical glitches?
Also, do you have the proprietary nvidia drivers installed?
Note: According to the screenshot, the correct KDE Frameworks Version is 6.12.0
