Nothing happens after clicking on the button...
Since version 8.5 all popup menus activated by clicking on the button with the
three horizontal lines do not open anymore. The button stays selected but the
popup does not open. You can deselect the button.
This happens on Fedora Workstation and Ubuntu with the dnf rpm (8.6), apt deb
(8.5), flatpak (8.6) and snap version (8.5). Even with the 'official' appimage.
This does not happen on Fedora KDE.
