I can see that might be a problem, but ellipses exist... The Application Permissions KCM (0:23 in the video) looks particularly odd with the different font sizes for "Application Permissions", "Flatpak Applications" and "Permissions" titles. I wouldn't mind "Flatpak Applications" and "Permissions" being smaller to match "Application Permissions", rather than "Application Permissions" being larger, if that's better!
