SUMMARY
krunner doesn't work unless manually started.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. log in.
2. press alt+space
3. it shows nothing.

despite krunner running in systemd, it doesn't pop up when alt+space is
pressed.
the only way to workaround this issue is to manually restart krunner via
`krunner --replace &`.
EXPECTED RESULT
krunner works.
