Yes, still persists.
Tried to delete the directory, but its created after firefox is launched again.
Tried to do debsums of files where libsoftokn3.so is and everything is okay
apt-file search libsoftokn3.so
firefox: /usr/lib/firefox/libsoftokn3.so
libnss3: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/nss/libsoftokn3.so
thunderbird: /usr/lib/thunderbird/libsoftokn3.so
