SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. PC_ Windows11Pro 24H2, Android11, Android13, Android14
2. Android 13 and Android 14 can't find each other, but when you use IP to add
each other's devices, the other party's network latency is shown above the IP
address, but Android 13 and Android 14 can connect to Win11 and Android 11
respectively
OBSERVED RESULT
Android 13 and Android 14 can't find each other, but when you use IP to add

EXPECTED RESULT
Android 13 and Android 14 searched for each other and successfully connected

KDE Connect version 1.33.2 is a fresh install of Google
