There are two different issues in this report.
1. The screen brightness being set to 70% brightness - this is what this report
will focus on.
This could be happening because of a setting on your system. Check "Change
screen brightness" in Energy Saving and turn if off if it's on.
If this doesn't resolve the bug, we need information about your system, as in
the bug template:

2. Sometimes in fullscreen applications after less than 10 minutes the screen
will go black.
