In May 2022, the lanczosfilter.cpp file got removed because of the switch to
QML.
The lanczosfilter.cpp file checked KWIN_FORCE_LANCZOS and blacklisted both
Intel before SandyBridge and AMD before R600.

So what's the current situation?
There still doesn't seem to be Lanczos thumbnail resize on either the taskbar
thumbnails or the task switcher default
