SUMMARY
Plasmashell freeze or update very slowly (a few minutes per update) when a
secondary display is connected.
Removing the display will not unfreeze plasma unless you run "systemctl --user
restart plasma-plasmashell" in a terminal.
Running "systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell" while having a secondary
display will not fix the issues. It freezes again after being restarted.
Attempting to open apps or widgets while plasmashell is frozen will also take a
very long time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in into KDE with a secondary display
2. Wait a few seconds
3. Plasmashell will start updating slowly then freeze

OBSERVED RESULT
1- Plasmashell freeze on login
2- Removing the display than running "systemctl --user restart
plasma-plasmashell" will fix the issue
3- Adding back the display after cause the issue again.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmashell should work like with a single display.
