It's not NVIDIA only. I experience the same on a system with AMD CPU and GPU,
on X11. There is no warning about it with my configuration. Given how another
user had issues with Intel graphics as well, we can only conclude that the
issue does not depend on any specific GPU vendor and the warning should simply
always be displayed.
