KAte 24.12.3 has still this bug.
Windows 11 latest as of 2025FEB.
opening a file in explorer raises Kate.
If i bring any other window to the foreground and open a second file (by
clicking on explorer e.g) Kate will open it but not raise to the foreground nor
even flash in taskbar.
