Not sure if related but i see t his a lot but only on my machines with multiple
nics, notably many whos endpoints do not include the phone. But if multiple
endpoinds include the phone with different latency then even weirder flashing
of available unavilable availble happens. I always thought it was my weird
network config but if there is a bug here then i can try to give more info as
well
