SUMMARY
When I deactivate the setting "View > Borders > Show Scrollbar Mini-Map", then
after restarting the application the setting is activated again.
This happens in KWrite and Kate.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. The setting "View > Borders > Show Scrollbar Mini-Map" is activated.
2. Deactivate setting "View > Borders > Show Scrollbar Mini-Map".
3. Restart application.
OBSERVED RESULT
After step two the setting is deactivated.
After step three the setting is activated again.
EXPECTED RESULT
After step two the setting is deactivated.
After step three the setting stays deactivated.
