The Binding Loop warning is already being tracked in bug 499024. This is unlikely to be the cause of your issues, most notifications print this warning at present. It's definitely something that should be fixed, but it is mostly harmless. We can repurpose this bug for your issue with terminals causing the "plasmashell Closed Unexpectedly" notification. This sounds like a crash, and for that we need a backtrace to investigate; at present we have absolutely nothing to go on. Can you please attach a backtrace of the crash using the coredumpctl command-line program, as detailed in https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports#Retrieving_a_backtrace_using_coredumpctl?
