As for testing ddcutil 2.2.0, I downloaded the copr package, reboot the system but no improvements, it still resets to 100% each time I turn on the monitor. Only the workaround from comment #26 for me, I'll be using it until a proper fix is deployed. Is there a unique identifier for the connected monitor?
