After updating to Tumbleweed 20250216 LSP Client (clangd) "Search and Go to
Symbol" (Ctrl+Alt+P) doesn't have any effect.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a c++ File
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+P
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog should open.
