SUMMARY
Clicking and dragging on the scrollbar in the main "chat" view, which shows
messages, does not work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open NeoChat
2. Open a room
3. Try to use the scrollbar by hovering over it with the mouse and clicking on
it
OBSERVED RESULT
It has no effect
EXPECTED RESULT
It should scroll the view
