SUMMARY
Since 6.3, no tablet input is detected on Wayland Electron applications.
No hover, clicking, dragging is passed through, appearing stuck or frozen, but
works normally when using a mouse.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a digital tablet connected.
2. Open an Electron Wayland application such as Discord.
3. Try to interact with the application with the tablet pen.
OBSERVED RESULT
No input is passed through.
EXPECTED RESULT
Input is passed through and can be interacted with a tablet pen.

Tested with the following:
Discord, via Flatpak - No input
Kuro, as an rpm - No input when using --ozone-platform=wayland
FreeTube, Via AppImage - No input when using --ozone-platform=wayland
For the last two, removing the flag allows them to be used with a tablet pen.
