I tested this on 6.3.0 and git-master. I'm not able to reproduce, even after a
few days with this setup
On 6.3.0 I have it under a global menu bar, on the other there is no other
panel at the top. Both always show with mouseover.
Panel creation:
- Default panel on the bottom
- Add top panel with width set to fit content, centered, and autohide
