I am suffering from the same annoying bug since 6.3 on Archlinux.
I confirm that this occurs in both X11 and Wayland sessions & wobbly effect on
and off.
It is easy to reproduce, just move a window quickly to the 4 corners of the
screen and sooner or later the desktop session will be completely frozen. Alt +
ImprPant + e is the only way to regain control of the machine.
I can´t provide any log or error message.
