Inkscape isn't a KDE app; if it crashes, that's an issue for the Inkscape
developers to debug.
Side note: don't run GUI apps with `sudo`. If this isn't the first time you did
that, it's possible that doing it in the past has in fact broken Inkscape when
*not* run with `sudo`.
