The change in color to the grouping indicator in the Task Manager was
intentional in Plasma 6.3. We wanted to make it less in-your-face
attention-getting.
Unfortunately the cursor can't have a similar change (assuming we do end up
wanting to make such a change) until we fully embrace SVG cursors.
