    Classification: I don't know
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Arch Linux

SUMMARY
In the clipboard settings, if you enable the option that automatically copies
anything you select into the clipboard and copy something from — what I suppose
— is an XWayland application, when you hover your cursor into native Wayland
stuff the cursor turns into an X and does not register any clicks for about 3
seconds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the option that copies your selection to the clipboard into the
clipboard settings
2. Copy something from an XWayland application
3. Hover your mouse over something native under Wayland

OBSERVED RESULT
Your cursor's icon turns into an X and stops responding to clicks.

EXPECTED RESULT
Your cursor does not change and you can click without any problems
