SUMMARY
After updating my openSUSE Tumbleweed install to Plasma 6.3, the networks
widget is broken.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use openSUSE Tumbleweed
2. Run `sudo zypper dup`
OBSERVED RESULT
The networks widget is broken and shows the aforementioned error message
EXPECTED RESULT
It works like before

KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The desktop folder view is broken as well, though I thought that might be a
packaging error. It shows this error message:
file:///usr/local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.desktopcontainment/contents/ui/main.qml:18:1:
module "org.kde.private.desktopcontainment.folder" version 0.1 is not installed
