SUMMARY
Inverting Scroll direction does not do anything
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Invert Scroll Direction from kcm_mouse
2. Test scroll in any application and scroll is not inverted
3. Revert setting back and retest
OBSERVED RESULT
Enabling the toggle for Invert Scroll direction does not invert the scroll
direction
EXPECTED RESULT
Enabling the toggle for Invert Scroll direction does invert the scroll
direction
