Can you please try on a fresh user account, it may be the case that some
configuration option is leftover from an old Plasma version that isn't relevant
anymore?
Just a quick FYI, sarcasm about developers work doesn't tend to get received
well, especially since many developers are just volunteers, and they work on
KDE projects in their personal time.
Please change the status back to REPORTED once you've tested using a fresh user
account, thank you.
