It looks from the "Proposed organization" section of
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/systemsettings/-/issues/15 like the intent would
have been to move settings into the Desktop Session KCM as was mentioned here.
Not sure if something else overrode that later, or if it's still intended and
just needs to be figured out by someone in each respective KCM?
