Laptop with AMD GPU connected to an HDMI monitor I also tried to reproduce in a KDE Neon Developer Ed. VM, as well as Neon User Ed. VM and couldn't reproduce there either Steps: - Go to Display Configuration - Change resolution of built-in screen - Use an arrow to change scale, click Apply. I saw the confirmation and choose Keep - Go to another settings panel and go back to Display Settings.
