Hi Dana,

I'm really sorry, but this is not a bug in Krita. Krita can work with the
n-trig pen of the Surface Pro 4 (our web guru uses one to draw with Krita). And
I know that it works with an SP3, because that is what I use myself for
sketching.

But it is a fact that getting those wintab drivers to work can be _extremely_
fiddly and frustrating. Please check
https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Microsoft_Surface_Pro_and_NTrig to see if
anything mentioned there helps.

It also doesn't help that Windows 10 updates seem to randomly break the
drivers!

And unfortunately, we just cannot do something within Krita itself to make this
easier, other than writing code to support Windows Ink directly, instead of
relying on Microsoft's Wintab drivers. That's something we would like to do,
but the documentation is atrocious and nobody has had time to wrestle with it
yet.
