STEPS
1. On (System Settings -> Window management -> Window behavior -> Advanced) set
"Window placement" to "maximized"
2. Launch a GTK application, like gnome-boxes.
RESULT
- The window isn't necessarily maximized, but either defaults to the last size
or it is drawn without filling the whole screen.
- On pamac on Wayland, the about dialog is even partially drawn outside the
screen.
