I surely hope so. I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds it extremely
annoying to have to reposition my windows each time I log in or reboot my
system. In fact, I update my system only once a month (dnf upgrade) because
I'm tired of having to resize and reposition my windows each time.

SunOS OpenLook did this beautifully, accurately, and reliably way back in 1990.
I've tried 4 Linux distros, and this does not work on any of the ones I've
tried. Why is it that Linux has so much trouble with basic things like this?
Who does the prioritization of work on Linux platforms? Do they get the
feedback from users?
