I haven't installed a new Plasma version on my Steam Deck, but I found the
"Your laptop is configured..." line in the upstream repository at 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/powerdevil/-/blob/master/applets/batterymonitor/package/contents/ui/InhibitionItem.qml?ref_type=heads#L106
 
so I assume it would behave the same way on the current Plasma version as well. 

It seems that this "inhibitsLidAction" is for some reason "true" for the Steam
Deck. That could be a fault with the Steam Deck firmware or a limiation of how
"inhibitsLidAction" is calculated.
