This works for me - your browser appears to either lack support for the
appstream:// URI or your package manager / distribution doesn't provide the
necessary components for this to work.

Please follow this up with the Mint developers as it works for me on OpenSUSE
Leap 15.6 using Brave (and offers to install using Discover as expected)
