SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. unplug the laptop
2. discharge the battery to 49%
3. energy saving should start at 5% of battery capacity

OBSERVED RESULT
internal screen is switched off (or the backlight is switched off), a connected
external screen stays on an I can work on this screen normally. without
external screen the laptop screen goes off and I can't work

EXPECTED RESULT
internal screen stays on.
