Sorry for the delay. I have just installed KDE on a new PC on a new SSD in a
new account with no config settings copied over from the old machine. The CPU
and MB are new but the GPU is the same RX560. Discord notifications seemed to
work properly at the start, but they've just gone back to their old ways and
disappear too fast to read. This can happen even when I'm not touching the
keyboard / mouse. Note that the messages aren't coming in so fast that there is
some kind of throttling going on: I have Discord set up for only @mentions.
I have reopened this bug.
