Setting to RESOLVED/LATER, I intend to maintain this feature indefinitely.
In discussion on Matrix, it's been made clear that:
- This feature will not return unless ported to a Kwin extension.
- Overview is not intended to replace the Present Windows + Desktop Grid
workflow.
- Those advanced features can just go into extensions.
