Genuine Very Big KDE Next Wallpaper vs Extremely Small, Superb Quality
Compressed Wallpaper

Hi,

This is for all versions. Please CC to everyone in KDE to investigate. This is
easy to prove.

What happened:
Somebody marked a bug as "RESOLVED", while not even touching it at all! Just
because they don't understand the bug, doesn't mean this person should be
allowed to hide their own incompetence. Its just a simple man page away to
solve this issue (!). Easy and takes 5-10 min. tops.

What should be done:
Investigation by multiple KDE people to solve:
1) easy bug to fix (requires 5 min to read a single manpage and other 5 min. to
resolve the issue once and for all).

What is the bug:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=484317

What is the problem in fake "resolved bug":
1. big files,
2. slow KDE throughout
3. Falsifying KDE bug trucker

How to prove:
Compare the gigantic size difference and loading speed of the two KDE Next
wallpapers, ie compare the attached, compressed wallpaper with the one you have
in /usr/share/wallappers and the attatech compressed wallpaper.

Its really a HUGE difference in loading speed and size. The way it should be,
but someone FALSELY marekd this bug as solved. Why? Is it so hard to read a
single manpage and do:

$ for F in *.png do avifenc -c aom/rav1e -a ..... $F {....

I hope not. Then why someone did it? Don't we all want fast and responsive KDE?
Aren't we working towoards the same goal? I don't understand :(. It makes me
sad.

Kinfo:
all versions of KDE (esp. KDE 6.xx).
