          Platform: Neon
                OS: Linux

          Reporter: junalme...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
After waking up the computer and unlocking it with a password, desktop
background and panels are gone. This happens occasionally, the behaviour is not
consistent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let the computer sleep
2. Awake it, and unlock it

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop background image, widgets and panels are missing. Right clicking the
desktop doesn´t show the menu.
If you list processes, `plasmashell` is still there sitting.
With krunner, executing `plasmashell --replace` brings a functional desktop
