Hi all,

Perhaps a timer settings to delay the thumbnails reconstruction can be a first
approach to not stress the GUI while users review the faces. Typically while
the edit mode is active, the timer is restarted. When i talk about timer, i
want mean something like 10 seconds for example. 

Another idea is to let's the user to decide when thumbnails must be shown,
typically with a button. A timer will automatically process the refresh if the
user interaction go away. 

What do you think about.
