if you select a frame and press a shortcut (usually + and -,but should be
customizable)) then you add or remove a frame to that keyframe. Every frame
that follows either gets pushed back (+) or pulled in (-)
Adding a frame doesnt duplicate or make a newframe it just makes the keyframe
longer.
Removing instances should not delete single keyframes,they remain a single
keyframe (length=1)
Selecting a range of frames will work the same
for every keyframe that is selected,add or remove 1 from their framecount.
Selecting a range of frames and removing instances constantly should result in
only the keyframes remaining.
This will help tremendously with frame managment and speed up timing opetations
