With the fractional scaling overhaul patches merged today, on my 2880x1800
screen, the Fitts' Law breakage is now gone and it's a purely cosmetic issue. I
can still reproduce that cosmetic issue with the following:
- 165% scale and 210% scale: line of pixels on the right screen edge
- 190% scale: line of pixels on the bottom screen edge

All other scale factors between 100% and 225% look correct.

Reducing severity and priority accordingly.
