I might be wrong, but I think that's the crucial point of this one - unless
you'd object, I edited the title of this report to reflect that it's more about
asking KWin to do things that currently aren't feasible without creating other
issues, like blurry cursors. Makes sense that that would be something asked
for, I just think it hasn't come up as much because the majority of folks are
using the built-in cursor theme that now handles the situation generally
correctly.
