https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=348153 is about the very same KCM with the
very same problem. Only at the time it was unreleased software and falsely
reported against kcm_phonon.
For updates on the problem you'll want to refer to the Qt bug report as
ultimately the fix for this needs to happen in Qt.

As you can see there the bug is still marked as unresolved so it is not clear
in which version of Qt this bug will be solved.
