I can confirm this bug.
I have 2 monitors with different resolutions and nvidia driver. When I reopen
some kde software (kmail, system_setting, kwrite, ...) the previous window
size/geometry is not restored.
I'm using debian testing with KDE Frameworks 5.16.0 and Qt 5.5.1.
Has anyone solved the problem?
Are there some news?
This bug is very annoying... :-(
