The setup is as follows:
Laptop t420 with external hdmi monitor, both showing desktop folder
Trying to add a new panel (a second one) to the second/hdmi monitor (idea is to
have the laptop monitor/lid closed and i want a second aplication-kicker and
taskmanager on monitor2)
All new panels (the 'default' or 'empty' panel) always land on the laptop
screen, there is no way of moving it to the second screen
And, playing around with the panel, plasma continuously crashes after removing
the 'unwanted' panel on the laptop screen.
Reproducible: Always
