Can reproduce this (sometimes) on fedora 23.

I saved my credentials in kwallet and they seem to be loaded, because my login
is displayed and I can see dots in password field. I also can login into wifi
with another stored passphrase, but I was asked to type in my passphrase for
wifi before and had to manually connect to wifi before it worked...
