When switching displaying of file transfers from notification area to a
separate window during a transfer, any transfer indication disappears
completely.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start long-running file transfer
2. Click the transfer indicator (on a panel)
3. Right-click transfer box and select notification settings
4. Uncheck "Track file transfers [...]" and apply.
Actual Results:
Transfer disappears from notification area.
Expected Results:
1. Transfer disappears from notification area and dedicated transfer window
appears.
or
2. Newly started transfers get their own windows.
